The front desk lady, Chyenne, was really helpful when I arrived. I had issues with my reservation and she managed it all while being the only one working during a busy night. She went out of her way to make things right.

We enjoyed our one-night stay in a well-equipped room featuring two double beds. The staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. The nearby restaurant offered a diverse menu with delicious options. I recommend trying their breakfast for a great start to your day!

We spent 4 nights in a King Room with Sofa Bed, which was super clean and had a working fridge and microwave. The indoor heated pool and cozy leisure room were perfect for relaxing after our day. Just a heads up, the pull-out sofa was a bit small for our family, but it didn't ruin our stay! 😊

I recently stayed in a King Room and was impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the space. The front desk staff made a lasting impression with their helpfulness and warmth. The indoor pool was a fantastic spot to unwind after a day of exploring local attractions. However, I hope they can improve the variety of the breakfast options available.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the clean room that came with a microwave and fridge. The kids loved exploring the nearby Edinburgh Premium Outlets during our time here. The staff's attention was impressive, especially the way they handled a room decoration request for a birthday celebration.

My kids wished the pool had been open. It would be great if hotels could notify guests about renovations ahead of time.

If you’re a foodie like me, Columbus has some hidden gems! Marco's, just around the corner, serves up delicious pizza that'll make your taste buds dance. Back at the hotel, the amenities were perfect for unwinding after our adventures.

Now, here’s the kicker, the shower drain was a horror show and the fire alarm pulled a midnight surprise party because nobody bothered to give us a heads-up. Luckily, we all still made it out with a smile, but it wasn’t the restful night we hoped for.
